PAGEANT SCHEDULE
Registration: 2:00 pm
Doors Open: 3:30 pm
Pageant: 4:00 pm
ADMISSION: $10
Ages 3 and under are FREE. Contestants are FREE.
Tickets will be picked up by the contestant and her family at registration.
No one will be allowed to enter the ballroom without a ticket.
What will I have to do at the pageant?
Competition: On-Stage Self-Introduction (Approx. 30-60 seconds), and Appearance/Poise/Personality.
Contestants ages 3-4 will be assisted by the pageant emcee.
Ages 13-up will also be asked an on-stage question.
Makeup: Should be age appropriate and used ONLY to accentuate the contestant's natural beauty for ages 3-12.
Think about how you would apply makeup for a dance recital or cheer competition.
13-up can wear full stage makeup.
Attire: Party Dress/Pageant Dress/Flower Girl For all age divisions. Only one gown is required.
Gowns may be short or long for all divisions up to age 10, however, it is suggested that younger contestants have a dress that is easy to walk in. Full Length Gown (preferbly) for ages 11-up. The dress itself will not be
judged, however, the judges will take into consideration the fit and age appropriateness of the attire.
NEW AGE DIVISIONS FOR 2010:
We are accepting 10 contestants per age division.
3-4: Tiny Miss
5-6: Petite Miss
7-8: Little Miss
9-10: Young Miss
11-12: Junior Miss
13-15: Junior Teen
16-18: Teen
19-up: Miss (single)
19-up: Ms (marital status not important, size 12 or larger)
20-up: Mrs. (must be currently married)
Ambassador: Division For Those Who Have Won All Possible Divisions or do not
"fit" into a particular division.
Angel: This title is selected by the director, and this division can not be "entered"
The director will select someone from all the divisions combined.
REIGNING QUEENS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE, AS THEY WILL BE CROWNING THEIR SUCCESSOR.
THEY MAY, HOWEVER, COME BACK THE FOLLOWING NOVEMBER AND COMPETE.
REQUIREMENTS:
*All contestants must live, work or attend school in Delaware, Maryland or Virginia.
*Contestants must bring one new unwrapped toy to donate to "Toys For Tots."
*Each contestant is required to bring one, age appropriate (for your division) gift in a gift bag.
Gift may be small and inexpensive. Pick something that you would like to receive should you be the winner!
*All winners are required to stay after the pageant for photos.
*Winners must make at least 5 personal appearances throughout their reign,
4 of which will be Mystic Productions Events.
*All winners are required to return in 2011 to crown their successor.
*All winners agree that no unflattering or suggestive photos will be posted on Facebook, MySpace,
Twitter accounts, personal websites, etc.
Violation of any of the above requirements may result in the loss of your title.
PRIZES & AWARDS
2010 Delmarva Queens:
Each age division titleholder will receive the official Miss Delmarva crown, satin embroidered sash, crown pin, beautiful engraved winners plaque, floral bouquet, appearance opportunities and numerous gifts from the group.
Runners-up: 1st and 2nd runner-ups will be awarded in each division.
3rd and 4th runner-ups may be presented in divisions with 8 or more contestants.
NEW: Delmarva Pride Award:
The one contestant with the most paid admissions will receive a beautiful Delmarva Pride Plaque
and FREE entry into the following years pageant and $100 CASH! In addition, she will
also receive 5 entries into the Great Wolf Lodge Weekend Getaway Drawing.
Heidi McDowell Golden Heart Award:
This is the contestant will be selected by the staff for having an outgoing, fun loving personality, just like our Miss Teen Delmarva 1994, Heidi McDowell. She will receive a beautiful award and
the opportunity to compete for FREE in the following year's pageant.
NEW: Delmarva Sweetheart Award
The one contestant that collects the most toys for tots will be presented with a beautiful Delmarva
Sweetheart Plaque and FREE in the following year's pageant.
NEW: Delmarva Hospitality Award
The one contestant that brings in the most friends to compete in the pageant will receive a
beautiful Delmarva Hospitality Award and FREE entry into the following years pageant!

Getaway,
1/2 of your entry fee must be paid when you register. The $50 secures your spot in the
pageant, and is non-refundable under any circumstances.
The $50 deposit may be paid via Paypal to mysticproductions@comcast.net
or a money order may be sent. Money orders are to be made payable to executive director,
APRIL BRILLIANT, and can be mailed to 30234 Holly Lane, Delmar, MD 21875.
This balance of your fee must be paid in the form of cash at registration.
