Mystic Productions

 Mystic Productions was founded in 1993,  as April Meilhammer Brilliant, a native of Maryland's eastern shore, created the Miss Delmarva Pageant.  In the past 17 years,
Mystic Productions has produced numerous events, pageants and trade shows. 
The director is a graduate of Salisbury State University with a Bachelor
of Arts in Communications.  She is the former co-owner and vice-president of April's
Bridal & Formal of Salisbury. April is  co-host of The Mike, April and Randy Show, weekday mornings on Froggy 99.9 .  She is also the host of her own mid-day show weekdays from 10-3 pm on Froggy 99.9.  
In addition, she is the Promotions Director for Clear Channel Radio, Salisbury-Ocean City cluster
 April resides on Delmarva with her husband Denis and their two beautiful children, Stephanie, 7  and Donovan, 5.  She is very active in her children's school and serves as the troop leader for Brownie Girl Scouts Troop # 211.  April was Mrs. Maryland United States 2001, Miss Ocean City Maryland America 1994, America's Natural Miss 1992, Maryland-Delaware Watermelon Queen 1988 and has won other numerous titles.
